Happy New Year! The 2024 “21st Century Cup” English Speaking Competition (Hong Kong) is now open for registration! Fresh year ahead and fabulous stage prepared, the moment has come for your one step forward. Just embrace the challenges and give it all out!
The Prepared Speech topics for each category of this year’s competition are as follows:
Kindergarten Category: “Self-introduction” and “English expression” (English solo prose reading / English storytelling / English solo verse speaking)
Junior Primary Category: A special day at school
Senior Primary Category: What I learnt from my favorite Chinese Story
*Prior to the competition, contestants of the Senior Primary Category shall go to the Organizing Committee’s office to collect a book named Chinese Stories; contestants’ Prepared Speech shall be based on one of the stories in this book (chosen by contestants).
Junior Secondary Category: Be a Brave Dream Pursuer
Senior Secondary Category: Developing effective information discernment skills in the digital age
University Category: The revival of traditional culture
